Adecco is currently hiring a full-time motivated and detail‑oriented Machine Operator to join our client’s manufacturing team in Colborne, ON. The role requires you to have strong mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous learning. This role involves operating CNC machining centers, performing inspections, and maintaining high standards of safety and workplace cleanliness.

  • Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

  • Location: Colborne, ON

  • Schedule: Set schedule - 1 week of days followed by 1 week of afternoons on rotation

  • Job type: Temporary to permanent potential | Full-time

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload parts into CNC machining centers

  • Deburr machined parts as required

  • Visually inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Perform dimensional inspections on finished parts to verify accuracy

  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation

  • Follow all company Health & Safety rules and protocols

  • Keep individual workstation and overall shop environment clean and organized

Qualifications:

  • CNC experience preferred

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill development

  • Ability to absorb and retain information through on‑the‑job training

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
