Adecco is currently hiring an Integrated Facilities Management Account Director for a full-time position supporting a large, confidential government account. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven and client-focused leader with strong experience in facilities management and hospitality-driven service delivery who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring financial performance across multiple service lines. You will play a key leadership role in driving operational excellence, supporting on-site teams, and maintaining high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.

  • Salary: $65-75K/year

  • Location: Ottawa, ON

  • Schedule: Flexibility required, including occasional weekends and extended hours

  • Job Type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue growth and ensure profitability for the assigned government account

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong relationship management

  • Oversee daily operations across housekeeping and maintenance/handyman service lines

  • Lead, mentor, and support on-site managers and their teams

  • Manage staffing levels and workforce planning in alignment with seasonal demands

  • Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and overall operational execution

  • Maintain high service quality standards with a strong hospitality mindset

  • Drive client satisfaction, issue resolution, and long-term account retention

  • Oversee financial responsibilities including month-end processes, budgeting, forecasting, and payroll oversight

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality assurance, and government contract requirements

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and account growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management

  • Experience managing large on-site teams; multi-site experience is an asset

  • Strong hospitality or service-oriented background

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage technology for decision-making

  • Understanding of technical and operational service delivery

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, including occasional weekends

  • Ability to travel overnight as required

  • Must be able to pass a Federal Criminal Background Check

  • Must have a clean driver’s abstract

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
