What will your typical day look like?
The Deloitte Global Ethics Manager will play a leading role in the implementation of the ethics program for our Deloitte Global professionals around the world, supporting them in understanding expectations for conduct and making the best ethical choices, and building an environment where they feel comfortable in consulting and speaking up. Additionally this role will support wider Global Ethics initiatives for the network of member firms, including our monitoring activities such as ethics program reviews. This individual should be a strong contributor with the ability to work independently, strong communications and organizational skills, and a desire to make a positive impact for our population.
Role Specific Responsibilities:
• Day to day execution on the design, build, implementation and continuous improvement of innovative solutions to sustain and build Deloitte Global ethical culture, oversee ethics case management, and measure/report on progress, performance, and impact relative to the ethics agenda. Key processes, tools and programs that may be supported by this Manager include:
• Day to day oversight and tracking of ethics investigations and data related to ethics reports
• Organization, planning, and support of engagement opportunities with Deloitte Global professionals, e.g., through focus groups, webinars, case discussion sessions etc.
• Implementation and analysis of the annual ethics survey and/or other methods for measuring ethics program effectiveness and ethical culture
• Working with the People and Culture and OCEO teams to develop communications plans and specific communications
• Development of other tools and supporting materials to support ethical culture building within Deloitte Global
• Co-ordination of the network of Ethics Ambassadors for Deloitte Global, including development of content they can leverage and leading quarterly webinars
• Development and implementation of ethics related policy for Deloitte Global
• Working with Global Ethics team members to review and report progress through network processes such as the Member Firm Standards
• Supporting the implementation, roll-out, and tracking of ethics learning for Deloitte Global professionals
• Other ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Assist with project management office, including: oversight of project status, ensuring project milestones are met, capture program reporting, budgeting, and monitoring to keep projects on schedule
• Interact with senior leaders, shape and execute analyses, and prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Responsible for a broad array of activities that may include planning/organizing stakeholder calls, meetings, etc.
• Support wider Global Ethics initiatives for the network of member firms, including ethics program reviews and Member Firm Standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• This is a global roles that operates in a hybrid working environment. Ability to travel occasionally and work across various time zones is important.
About the team
Global General Counsel and Ethics provides legal guidance and expertise to Deloitte Global, the broader Deloitte organization, and our business leaders. We advise on regulatory, claims, and corporate legal matters, as well as additional issues that may pose novel or unique situations.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred
• Project management certification beneficiali
Years of Experience:
• Candidate must have minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a professional services or large/multinational corporation, with one or more years as a manager
Technical Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and PMO skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures as well as ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders on the ethics agenda
• Strong problem solving skills and experience in generating ideas and leading projects from conception to delivery
• Detail oriented
• Team oriented
• Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
Other Qualifications:
• A culture-driving/change or risk management background is preferred (including experience in Ethics and Compliance, Quality and Risk Management, Talent, or similar); experience in evaluating and strengthening organizational culture and/or developing and delivering training and communications would be beneficial
• Comfortable working in an unstructured environment, experience in managing projects with limited direction, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed and responsive
• Experience/skills in data analysis and reporting beneficial
• Collegial team player who can work with a small team within a global, matrixed environment
• Diplomacy and poise are key attributes for success
• Experience preparing and making presentations to senior management
• Ability to predict and respond to senior leadership requests/needs

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
