Do you want to help Scotiabank STOP Fraudsters from taking our customer’s money ? As a key part of the Fraud Operations team, you will be part of a dedicated group looking to improve on Fraud prevention. The Fraud Operations team plays a critical role with a focus on our client’s ability to serve Scotiabank’s customers on a daily basis to prevent Fraud.

What You Will Bring to Succeed
1 to 3 years of working experience with business systems analysis or similar.
Familiar with and capable of working in technical environments that utilize Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Demonstrate comfort in working independently to manage multiple small and large projects
Capability to analyze business and user needs.
Working experience with documenting and working with Business Requirements
Time management and organizational skills in order to effectively manage multiple items
Proven interpersonal, communication (verbal/written/presentation) and negotiation skills in order to build consensus and obtain cooperation from both users and senior management.
Knowledge of Branch or Non-Branch operations and procedures is an asset.
Knowledge of Retail Deposit and Investment products is an asset.
