Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of our client to support year-round lodge operations in Nakusp, BC. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage program, including front-of-house and culinary operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and strong financial performance.

  • Pay Rate: $70,000 – $75,000 annually

  • Location: Nakusp, BC

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to achieve Food & Beverage financial targets and key performance indicators

  • Support the Lodge Manager with team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and staff development

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination

  • Maintain and uphold high service standards aligned with brand expectations

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering processes, and cost control initiatives

  • Support menu planning, product costing, and overall F&B program execution

  • Ensure compliance with liquor licensing regulations and applicable laws

  • Maintain adherence to BC food safety standards and regulations

  • Develop a strong understanding of all lodge operations to support cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with leadership to ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance (WorkSafeBC, WHMIS)

  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement strategies

  • Act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Lodge Manager

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry

  • Valid Food Safe Certificate

  • Serving It Right (BC) certification required

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality guest experiences

  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and KPIs

  • Passion for hospitality and service excellence

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
