Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for an Experience Analyst. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $71,200 - $89,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual salary offered will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As an Experience Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the experience for employees and brokers across all areas of the business. You'll leverage feedback, data, and collaboration to identify trends, solve challenges, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance satisfaction and drive innovation.

Once here, you'll:
  • Gather and analyze feedback from employees and brokers to identify trends, needs, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights
  • Conduct root cause analysis to understand workflows, challenges, and pain points
  • Develop and recommend solutions to improve processes, systems, and overall experience
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, IT, and Insurance lines to implement initiatives
  • Lead and support project execution, including planning, coordination, training, and follow-up
  • Monitor satisfaction metrics and measure the success of implemented solutions
  • Stay connected with data, analytics, and emerging technologies including AI and machine learning
  • Champion innovation and support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working
