Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Electronic Assembler, to work for our client; a trusted manufacturer and distributer of industry leading products in Scarborough, ON. In this role you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical sub-assemblies, and read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders. This role requires a minimum of 2-years’ Assembly, Machine Operator and/or Manufacturing experience. If this sounds like you apply now!

  • Pay rate: $19.00/hour

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and wire electrical sub-assemblies

  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders

  • Pack finished products for shipment

  • Fabricate or modify parts, using shop equipment

  • Responsible for meeting deadlines

  • Clean, maintain and organize work and desk area

  • Maintain stock/inventory levels

  • Troubleshoot electrical assemblies

  • Perform related duties as needed by supervision

Requirements: 

  • Regularly required to stand for long periods of time

  • Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  • Regularly required to use hand tools, air tools, electrical tools

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or related experience

  • Minimum 2-year Assembly, Machine Operator and/or Manufacturing Experience

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions

  • Attention to detail

  • Maintain a clean & safe environment

  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics and technical data sheets

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
