Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Director of Product Management, EIAM – Agentic AI Identity, is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to integrate Agentic AI capabilities across the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) platform and RBC's broader AI/controls ecosystem. This role bridge’s identity governance, access management, and emerging AI technologies to deliver intelligent, autonomous identity solutions that reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.
Agentic AI in IAM is pivotal to RBC’s ability to scale secure, intelligent identity governance in an increasingly complex threat landscape. As financial services face mounting regulatory pressure, evolving cyber threats, and the operational burden of managing access across thousands of systems and users, this role bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and enterprise security fundamentals. By embedding Agentic AI into identity and access management, this leader will drive dramatic improvements in risk detection, operational efficiency, and compliance—transforming identity governance from a manual, reactive function into an autonomous, intelligent system.
