Adecco is looking for Diamond Drillers offering competitive wages of up to $47.00/hour. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience operating drilling equipment, performing maintenance, and working in remote mining or exploration environments.

In this role, you will operate and control drilling rigs, maintain site equipment, and work as part of a professional drilling crew in a fast-paced outdoor setting. Pay rate: $35.41– $47.21/hour + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:

• Operate and control drilling equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on drill rigs and site equipment

• Support daily drilling operations in remote camp environments

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Work extended hours in outdoor and varying weather conditions

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract.

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar drilling role

• Ability to work rotational schedules (fly-in, fly-out)

• Physically fit and capable of working long hours (84-hour workweek)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety.
