• Handling incoming calls and inquiries.
• Generating tickets and processing orders.
• Inputting orders, receiving returns, and arranging return pick-ups.
• Managing inventory, including receiving and stocking shelves.
• Meeting and greeting walk-in clients.
• Taking oxygen referrals and forwarding them to the clinical team in a timely manner.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Previous experience in customer service or a care-focused role.
• Knowledge of retail or merchandising environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with medical administration or exposure to healthcare environments (preferred).
