Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a growing organization that values career development and internal progression. This is a full-time, onsite role in a supportive environment where you’ll receive comprehensive, step-by-step training to build your product knowledge and confidently support customers. After 90 days and upon mastering the systems, there is an option to transition to a hybrid work schedule.

  • Salary: $24/hour

  • Location: Edmonton, AB | Onsite, with hybrid option after training (90 days)

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour days

Responsibilities

  • Process order entry transactions accurately, following departmental procedures

  • Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries and build rapport

  • Develop product knowledge across all major groups to effectively assist customers

  • Resolve customer issues, process credit requests, investigate miss-shipments, and provide proof of delivery

  • Navigate multiple computer systems during customer interactions

  • Escalate complex issues appropriately after thorough investigation

  • Support customers while managing a high-volume, fast-paced workflow

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related field

  • Experience with SAP Order Management preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Office 365, Salesforce, Esker, and order management systems is an asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent active listening

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt positively to change

  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently or with supervision

  • Access to a vehicle is ideal; public transit is an option for this location
