Join our Business and Productivity Portfolio as a Contract Facilitator in Quality Management. The role involves delivering comprehensive training programs with a focus on Quality Management in specific areas of Quality Tools, Quality System Documentation, Continuous Improvement, Sampling, Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, among others.

 

NAIT is actively seeking dedicated educators who can teach weekday evening teaching sessions. Candidates should be deeply rooted in quality management with a rich tapestry of subject matter expertise. Experience in teaching with an active-learning-centered approach is desirable. Flexibility for in-person or online instruction is preferred. This is a contractual role.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Employing educational technology for effective communication and presentations.
  • Upholding professional and ethical standards in interactions with students and peers.
  • Engaging in direct instruction using strategies that enhance student engagement and learning.
  • Timely grading of assignments and submission of records.
  • Addressing student queries professionally.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Extensive experience in Quality Management.
  • NAIT's Teaching, Training, and Facilitation Excellence, formerly Becoming a Master Instructor (BMI), certificate is a plus.
  • Proficiency in training and facilitating adult learners in-person and online.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.

Remuneration: Negotiable

 

Interview Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to design and present a lesson on a specified topic. Kindly mention your availability for teaching sessions in your application.
