Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented individual to provide HR consulting for the Customer Experience organization. In this role, your mandate will be to support Senior HR Consultants to develop and implement HR solutions that support business objectives and drive engagement, performance and talent. In addition, this position provides metrics, analytics and insights to support the successful execution of client & HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives by creating presentations, consolidating data, summarizing results, and preparing reports to meet requirements.
- HR analytics – Analyze data, interpret results and implications to support management decision making.
- Provide support in planning, risk mitigation, communication, and rollout for the implementation of a wide range of HR programs that support performance, talent, learning and engagement.
- Talent Acquisition – provide support for the hiring process, approval, salary recommendation, job offers, temporary assignments, and contractor conversions.
- Perform reconciliations and reporting deviations specific to headcount, attrition and employee movements including Bell U movements and grads landing.
- Manage workplace practice cases partnering with COE team and business leaders.
- Recommend and execute on specific initiatives, such as performance management, investigation, disciplinary and administrative management
- Change Management – Understand business change initiatives. Work with key stakeholders to support them in developing the case for change. Identify the potential HR and people implications of these changes.
- Develop, organize, lead and ensure timely & accurate completion of HR related projects
- Provide HR consultation to the client and occasional back up support for Senior HRC.
Critical Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 year experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact, diplomacy and empathy
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Highly curious to dig deep with issues.
- Strong sense of urgency; results and action oriented
- Team player, relationship builder and collaborator
- Change Agent – Leading and facilitating change initiatives and fostering client ownership of the process
- Expert knowledge of the Project Management practices and disciplines
- Excellent ability to prioritize, capacity to work under pressure and capacity to adapt to constant interruptions and priority changes
- Self-motivated, customer focused professional who has solid organizations skills
- Ability to compile complex information, gathered from multiple sources, and present in an easy-to-understand format
- High degree of proficiency in all MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Bilingualism is required (English and French)
