Adecco, in conjunction with our client, is currently hiring a full-time highly skilled Autobody & Refinishing Technician for a permanent opportunity within their growing team in Vancouver, BC. This role is ideal for a certified professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys hands-on work, and is committed to delivering exceptional quality repairs.

  • Pay Rate: From $35.00 per hour (flat rate + production bonus up to $3/hr)

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

  • Schedule: 40 hours per week

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with vehicle disassembly and overall production flow

  • Support and mentor other technicians as required

  • Interpret and follow OEM repair procedures, including pre- and post-scans and module calibrations

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle systems and technologies accurately

  • Prepare vehicles and parts for painting (masking, sanding, buffing, wet sanding, polishing)

  • Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely

  • Perform equipment audits to identify faults or malfunctions

  • Complete heavy lifting and physical tasks related to vehicle repair

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction

  • Meet production deadlines while maintaining high workmanship standards

  • Attend daily and/or weekly production meetings

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Autobody & Refinishing Technician

  • Journeyperson or Red Seal Certification (required)

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability

  • Proficient with hand tools and power tools

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
