In this challenging role within Khalil Consulting Group, you will act as an Executive Assistant working closely with the Director of Operations, to stand out by offering exceptional customer service to have a positive long-term impact on our clients.
Your job:
- Assist the Director of Operations in all administrative tasks related to the management of the group's human resources.
- Perform various operational activities necessary for the effective functioning of the team, implement effective working methods.
- Support the Director of Operations in his communications with team members.
- Plan and prepare for various team meetings as well as strategic meetings with management and other partners
- Ensure the coordination of the various customer events, and committees.
- Coordinate the agenda, make appointments and prepare meetings with clients.
- Open client files, obtain the necessary documents and keep them up to date.
- Provide superior customer service, in person, by phone and by email.
- Ensure compliance and risk management rules.

Prerequisite:
- College diploma completed in a field related to the sector of activity
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience (administration, operations, customer service)
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Sense of organization and priority management
- Excellent command of the French language in oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and with meticulousness
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptation to change
Great sense of leadership and high level of initiative and autonomy, interest in wealth management
