L’équipe Finances EBS est une équipe dynamique responsable du support pour la comptabilité des magasins, de l’analyse et publication des résultats d’inventaires annuels et des conciliations bancaires périodiques pour la bannière Pharmaprix.
Responsabilités
Effectuer la conciliation hebdomadaire des comptes bancaires.
Générer et publier les rapports périodiques bancaires.
Effectuer des suivis périodiques avec les magasins à l’écart des objectifs de l’entreprise afin de mettre en place les bons processus opérationnels.
Signaler et analyser les anomalies avec le gestionnaire de l’équipe EBS.
Compléter les dossiers d’inventaire annuel :
Obtenir tous les documents et fichiers nécessaires pour chaque magasin
Compiler et analyser les résultats préliminaires d’inventaire
Investiguer et communiquer avec les magasins au besoin
Effectuer les entrées d’ajustement nécessaire pour l’ajustement d’inventaire annuel
Distribuer les résultats aux différentes ressources de l’organisation.
Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de gestion en magasin pour corriger et mettre en place les processus opérationnels standards de l’entreprise.
Préparer différents fichiers nécessaires pour la comptabilité des magasins.
Soutenir et favoriser l'amélioration continue des processus, avec une capacité d'adaptation et d'évolution en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
Participer à tout autre projet et analyse ad hoc.
Compétences requises
Bilingue français-anglais. Une bonne communication écrite et orale en français est obligatoire ; une communication écrite et orale efficace en anglais est essentielle.
Diplôme en comptabilité, minimum certificat universitaire ou DEC en comptabilité
Minimum de 5 années d'expérience en comptabilité et analyse financière
Habiletés analytiques exceptionnelles avec une capacité à se concentrer sur l'amélioration continue
Capacité à établir d'excellentes relations interpersonnelles et à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe
Souci de la qualité et des détails
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et rapide, en s’attardant aux détails tout en gardant un sentiment d’urgence
Capacité à organiser plusieurs tâches simultanément ainsi qu’à livrer celles-ci à temps avec un focus clair pour les résultats quantitatifs
Connaissances avec SAP et Microstrategy est un atout
Connaissances élevées en Excel et Power Point
The EBS Finance team is a dynamic team responsible for providing support for store accounting, analyzing, and publishing annual inventory results, and performing periodic bank reconciliations for the Pharmaprix banner.
Role Accountabilities
Perform weekly reconciliation of bank accounts.
Generate and publish periodic bank reports.
Perform periodic follow-ups with stores that are not meeting company objectives in order to implement the right operational processes.
Report and analyze anomalies with the EBS team manager.
Complete annual inventory files:
Obtain all necessary documents and files for each store.
Compile and analyze preliminary inventory results.
Investigate and communicate with stores as needed.
Make the necessary adjustments for the annual inventory adjustment.
Distribute the results to the various resources within the organization.
Work in collaboration with store management teams to correct and implement standard processes.
Prepare various files required for store accounting.
Support and promote continuous process improvement, with the ability to adapt and evolve according to the needs of the business.
Participate in any other ad hoc projects and analyses.
Role Requirement
Bilingual in both French and English. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French is mandatory; effective written and verbal communication in English is essential.
Degree in accounting, minimum university certificate or college diploma in accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
Strong business acumen, with an ability to focus on continuous improvement
Ability to build excellent interpersonal relationships and work effectively as part of a team
Quality driven and detail oriented
Capacity to work well in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail
Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results
Proficient with Excel and Power Point
Familiarity with SAP and MicroStrategy will be an asset
