A career as a Agile - IT Delivery Lead in the IT Infrastructure Evolution Management sector team, at National Bank means playing a key role in the delivery of complex technology initiatives, including application modernization and cloud deployments in our target environment. At this level, you act as a delivery leader, able to drive cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders and ensure predictable execution in complex and transformative contexts. The role is accountable for delivery, governance, and alignment, without being a decision-maker on the target architecture.

Your job
  • Lead complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams, domains, and partners.
  • Define, operate and evolve delivery governance models (cadence, Agile ceremonies, indicators, commitments).
  • Drive end-to-end delivery: plan, execute, deploy, and stabilize.
  • Translate complex business needs and products into clear and actionable backlogs, in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Proactively identify, analyze and manage risks, dependencies and critical issues.
  • Provide clear and factual executive statutes, based on delivery data.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to secure feasibility and delivery sequencing.
  • Prepare and present deliverables and presentations for governance bodies.
  • Act as a senior reference in delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Within the IT Infrastructure Evolution Management sector, you are part of a large team of 129 people and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its innovative spirit and its ability to rethink and redefine methods of approaching practices, controls and technological governance.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the delivery of complex IT solutions; or a master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Demonstrate a strong track record in Agile delivery of technology products, projects, or programs
  • Master Agile frameworks and practices such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
  • Significant experience in technology modernization, cloud computing or large-scale transformation
  • Have real-world experience in delivery governance, dependency management, and tracking performance indicators
  • Agile certifications or relevant training (an asset)
  • Results-oriented and business value creation
  • Ease in evolving in complex and ambiguous environments.
