Dash Social is looking for an experienced, service-oriented, and self-motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our hard-working team. Reporting to the Controller, you will ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections and reconciliations of accounts for Dash Social's customers.

Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash applications, collections and reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Support annual audit by providing supporting documentation and reconciliations.
Customer Invoicing and Billing
- Generate and review customer invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness and adherence to contractual terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate invoicing.
Collections and Cash Applications
- Strategize collections process to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports and analysis of accounts receivable performance, aging and key metrics to support decision making.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the end-to-end accounts receivable process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and implement best practices for optimal results.
Qualifications

- Two to three experience years in a similar role.
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and love problem solving.
- Service-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software and systems quickly and independently.
