About the role

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Traiter avec exactitude et vérifier les paiements reçus, effectuer le rapprochement des dépôts bancaires et vérifier le total des dépôts.
• Préparer, compiler et répartir les factures, les relevés, les rapports et les chèques.
• Effectuer des recherches d’informations pour analyser les dossiers et résoudre problèmes de compte, collection ou autre.
• Répondre efficacement aux demandes de renseignements diverses reçues provenant des clients, des courtiers et des divers services de l’entreprise.
• Vérifier et saisir les renseignements bancaires, passer en revue les nouveaux comptes, modifier le calendrier des paiements et effectuer les remboursements de primes facturées par la compagnie.
• Régler certaines questions relativement à des paiements déboursés, ententes de facturation, méthodes de paiement et divergences entre les comptes.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit

• AEC en comptabilité (atout) ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.

• Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Souci du détail et d’efficacité dans un environnement de travail à volume élevé.
• Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et un sens poussé du service à la clientèle.
• Maîtrise des logiciels ou formations sur les logiciels de bureau standards, y compris des compétences supérieures en saisie de données.
• Bilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
