Adecco is currently hiring full-time Access Control Attendants to support guest management and safety at high-profile events. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals who can confidently manage access points and ensure guests enjoy a secure and seamless experience.

As an Access Control Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining controlled access to premium areas while delivering professional and friendly service.

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

• Location: Toronto, ON

Responsibilities:

• Verify guest wristbands at hospitality access points

• Ensure guests only access areas aligned with their designated hospitality tier

• Monitor entrances to lounges, suites, and hospitality villages

• Manage access points at stadium vomitories connected to hospitality spaces

• Enforce policies such as glassware restrictions (no glass outside lounges)

• Ensure compliance with “Caps Off” beverage policy

• Provide clear directions and support while maintaining a secure environment

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce policies professionally

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with a calm and confident approach

• Ability to remain alert and responsive in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

• Proficiency in English, French, and/or Arabic is considered an asset

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
