Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations to lead strategic growth, sales performance, and operational excellence for a North American industrial organization.

This executive leadership role is ideal for a proven business leader with experience driving revenue growth, managing P&L performance, leading cross-functional teams, and developing successful sales and service strategies across Canada and the U.S.

• Pay Rate: $160,000–$175,000/year + Performance Bonus

• Location: Embrun, ON (On-Site)

• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales, operations, and service functions across North America

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share

• Drive business development, customer acquisition, and key account growth

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

• Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams

• Strengthen customer relationships and strategic partnerships

• Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plans

• Travel throughout Canada and the U.S. as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, operations, service, or general management

• Proven success leading growth initiatives and achieving business objectives

• Strong financial, strategic planning, and P&L management experience

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience managing teams across multiple functions

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance metrics

• Ability to travel regularly throughout North America

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
