Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced ERP Change Manager to lead organizational change for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation impacting over 5,000 employees across multiple operational sites for our client in Calgary, AB.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a seasoned transformation expert who has successfully delivered end-to-end ERP change initiatives in complex, asset-intensive environments. You will play a critical role in driving business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption—bridging strategy with execution across operations, leadership teams, and vendors.

This role requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery, ensuring all aspects of organizational change—from communications to training and adoption—are effectively executed.

  • Pay Rate: $125 - $150/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Calgary, AB, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) 

  • Shift: Monday to Friday|8hours a day

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end change management strategy for SAP S/4HANA implementation

  • Drive organizational readiness across multiple sites and business functions

  • Develop and implement communication, training, and adoption plans

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leadership

  • Partner with project teams and vendors to align change initiatives with program milestones

  • Identify risks, gaps, and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Audit and improve existing change plans to ensure effectiveness and alignment

  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution

  • Support business transition and stabilization post-implementation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Change Management, with large-scale transformation delivery

  • Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience

  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (required); experience with Coupa is an asset

  • Experience leading change initiatives impacting 5,000+ employees or similar enterprise scale

  • Experience in mining or Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industry, or other asset-intensive environments

  • Experience supporting maintenance operations, especially with mobile assets, is highly desirable

  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at all organizational levels

  • Proven ability to manage vendors and multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Strong capability to assess, challenge, and improve existing plans

  • Deep expertise in organizational readiness, communications, training, and change adoption

  • Resilient, adaptable leader who thrives in complex, high-pressure environments

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
