A career as a Horizon Platform Governance Product Owner at National Bank means acting as the person responsible for maximising the value of the platform by overseeing its use, while controlling risks, costs and compliance. in a context of strong technological evolution and large-scale adoption.

Your job

  • Act as Product Owner (PO – based on the Scrum/Agile methodology) for the Horizon Platform Governance squad.
  • Prioritize, deliver and evolve governance initiatives in line with the overall roadmap for the Horizon platform.
  • Define, structure and maintain a product vision of Horizon governance, translating it into concrete features, processes, controls and tools.
  • Build, manage and prioritise the product backlog for the Governance squad in order to maximise the value delivered, taking into account risks, costs, compliance requirements and interdependencies with other squads and sectors.
  • Support the adoption of targets and best practises in support of the Horizon Service squad, without being in direct contact with end users.
  • Monitor usage monitoring mechanisms, including monitoring trends (e.g. AI, IAM), squad maturity, operational risks and non-compliant uses.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of governance practises in order to support responsible, sustainable adoption aligned with business objectives.

Your team

  • Within Analytics, Data and Digital, you will be part of a large multidisciplinary team working on the development and evolution of the Horizon platform, and you will report to the Senior Manager of the Data Platform sector. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and four to six years of relevant experience
  • Significant experience in data or analytics platform environments as an engineering analyst or developer
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (PO) or equivalent product management role.
  • Ability to evolve in agile mode (Scrum, Kanban, safe) and deliver in contexts where needs change.
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk, compliance and platform adoption issues.
