Adecco is currently hiring a full-time General Labourer for a short-term opportunity in an outdoor yard environment for  our client in Victoria, BC. This role is ideal for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in physically active settings. You will support daily site operations by performing general labour tasks, assisting with materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, making it a great fit for individuals who enjoy working outside.

• Pay Rate: $23.50/hour

• Location: Victoria, BC

• Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm

• Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform general site clean-up and organization

• Handle and move styrofoam materials

• Assist with material handling and back ties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous general labour experience is an asset (not required)

• Forklift experience is considered an asset

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour

• Must wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots

• Knowledge of or willingness to follow WorkSafeBC safety standards

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
