Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Parts & Logistics Coordinator to support a dynamic automotive environment in North York, ON. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and a passion for customer service, logistics, and process improvement. You will act as a key liaison between dealers, distribution centers, and global teams to ensure efficient procurement, tracking, and delivery of parts. You will provide technical support, manage inventory systems, and resolve issues to maintain high service levels across the dealer network.

  • Pay Rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: North York, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 1-year contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

Dealer & Parts Support

  • Process dealer requests through internal systems and coordinate with global and local teams

  • Provide technical parts support and resolve procurement issues in a timely manner

  • Communicate order status, ETA updates, and inventory availability to dealers

  • Support dealers with inquiries related to new, alternate, or obsolete parts

Logistics & Inventory Coordination

  • Coordinate with distribution centers to manage shipping, returns, claims, and tracking

  • Monitor inventory systems and address discrepancies such as shortages, overages, and credits

  • Support warranty returns and ensure timely processing of parts sent to global teams

  • Monitor and improve automatic stock replenishment systems and inventory performance

Systems & Process Management

  • Utilize systems such as SAP, WMS (EWM), and inventory platforms for order management and reporting

  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with internal processes and standards

  • Support pricing analytics and maintain product pricing files

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and process performance

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis for internal stakeholders

  • Support invoice processing and financial tracking for departmental operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, supply chain, call center) to resolve issues

  • Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with organizational policies

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Automotive, or related field (preferred)

  • 3–5 years of experience in automotive parts or logistics (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience in transportation/logistics or supply chain (asset)

  • Experience in an automotive dealership parts department or warehouse environment (asset)

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and logistics operations

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (French is an asset)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience with SAP or inventory management systems (preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
