Job Description:

Sr Project Manager (Digital)

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to lead strategic projects within the Gaming Division for both Digital & Land Based Gaming in close collaboration with project sponsors, key stakeholders, vendors and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and are in accordance with all scope requirements and quality standards to drive successful business outcomes. In addition, the Sr Digital Project Manager supports the broader Digital Portfolio through reporting into the broader Enterprise and acts as an enabler for the team where required. .

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Director Digital Agile Enablement & Scrum Masters, you will be empowered to:

  • Partner collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver digital projects on time, within scope and budget, and with clear business value.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, defining scope, plans, milestones, risks, resources, budgets, and success measures across the full project lifecycle.
  • Select and apply the most appropriate delivery approach (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) to support project goals and strategic outcomes.
  • Translate business and client needs into clear requirements, standing up teams and workstreams quickly and maintaining actionable, detailed delivery plans.
  • Establish effective governance, reporting, and communication rhythms, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and KPIs for all stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances, changes, risks, and quality, proactively identifying issues and driving corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.
  • Support team success by fostering collaboration, coaching and mentoring project partners, and enabling continuous learning through knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Master’s degree in business administration/management is preferred but not mandatory. 
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PRINCE2 or equivalent. Agile Delivery Certification an asset.
  • 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in project/program management, solutions delivery or similar delivery roles.   

Relevant Skills:

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, align stakeholders, and clearly convey vision, progress, and risks.
  • Proven ability to mobilize and motivate diverse teams, navigate ambiguity, resolve conflict, and lead through change.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, risk, and change management capabilities, supported by strong business acumen and technical project management expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and vendor management in complex digital delivery environments.
