Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Supply Chain Coordinator to support both the rollout and ongoing sustainment of time entry processes and the MyTrack system for our client in Calgary, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment supporting suppliers, business stakeholders, and system operations.

You will play a key role in managing daily system activities, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting suppliers and internal users. You will contribute to both project deployment and long-term operations, helping drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across processes.

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day (40 hours per week)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 10-month contract

Responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Support core MyTrack processes including contractor onboarding, PR/PO, pay formulas, time entry, and invoicing

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and go-live readiness

  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and process design

  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials

  • Provide updates to project leadership and support transition into sustainment

Daily Operations (Sustainment)

  • Manage daily MyTrack activities ensuring data accuracy and timely processing

  • Monitor system issues and provide functional support to users and suppliers

  • Ensure adherence to established processes and standards

  • Support system enhancements and work with IT on system interfaces

  • Monitor vendor compliance and reporting timelines

Supplier & Business Support

  • Support suppliers and timekeepers with time entry and approvals

  • Deliver training and support to English and French-speaking users

  • Escalate issues and support contractor onboarding/offboarding

  • Assist with approvals, overrides, and exception handling

  • Build strong relationships to ensure consistent system adoption

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Run and monitor reports (e.g., unallocated or unapproved entries)

  • Support compliance reporting for vendors and business units

  • Identify trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvements

  • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of MyTrack and DTE processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain operations, system coordination, or enterprise process support

  • Hands-on experience with transactional or enterprise systems

  • Knowledge of time entry, contractor onboarding, PR/PO, or invoicing processes

  • Experience with MyTrack or similar systems (preferred)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an asset

  • Experience with UAT, system integrations, and defect tracking

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Fluent in English (required)

  • Ability to support and train users in both English and French is highly valued

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
