Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both French and English for our client in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who excels in data management, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional service.
In this position, you will support customer account setup and maintenance, manage CRM activities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data, seamless operations, and a high-quality customer experience.
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 hours/day | 100% in-office
Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 12-month contract

Responsibilities:
Coordinate, create, and respond to CRM activities for existing accounts and new account setup, including pricing and tax exemptions
Create and maintain customer master data within D365 CRM for Sales and Credit teams
Support various customer segments, including Direct Sales, Retail, Wholesale Distributors, and fuel card accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Asset Management, Credit, and Invoicing
Ensure accuracy, security, and reliability of customer data and fuel supply information
Generate reports based on customer and business needs
Provide insights, recommendations, and best practices for utilizing product management platforms
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a related field (customer service, business, sales, or marketing)
Post-secondary education or degree in a relevant discipline
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
