Adecco is currently hiring a Senior D&IT ERP Project Manager for a full-time contract opportunity in Calgary. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise project management professional who enjoys leading large-scale ERP transformations, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering complex SAP initiatives in fast-paced enterprise environments. In this position, you will provide end-to-end leadership for major ERP and digital transformation programs while aligning business objectives with scalable SAP and enterprise technology solutions.

  • Salary: $110.00 to $120.00 per hour

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Office-based role

  • Employment Type: Full-time | Temporary

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership for SAP ERP initiatives including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise integrations

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for D&IT and SAP-related project delivery, governance, and risk management

  • Lead program planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for large-scale ERP programs

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, process owners, and D&IT leadership to align ERP solutions with strategic business objectives

  • Foster collaboration across business units, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators

  • Ensure SAP solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards

  • Balance competing SAP and D&IT priorities while driving execution across multiple project workstreams

  • Manage project escalations, remove delivery obstacles, and maintain accountability for project outcomes

  • Translate business requirements into clear SAP work packages, delivery plans, and technical solutions

  • Support solution design decisions to ensure feasibility, maintainability, and long-term business value

  • Lead change management initiatives supporting ERP-enabled business transformation and stakeholder adoption

  • Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, process optimization, and innovation initiatives

  • Track and report on program KPIs, milestones, budgets, risks, and business outcomes

  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for leadership teams and steering committees

  • Use data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and project course correction

Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of IT experience, including significant experience in senior project or program management roles

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP and SAP transformation initiatives within enterprise environments

  • Proven experience delivering multi-year, high-budget enterprise programs

  • Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP platforms including S/4HANA, ECC, or major SAP modules

  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, cloud platforms, data governance, and security

  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong ability to bridge business process requirements with enterprise technology solutions

  • Proven leadership experience managing vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

  • PMP certification is preferred

  • Agile (Scrum), SAFe, or ITIL certifications are considered strong assets

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in high-pressure environments
