Your Opportunity

Stantec continues to lead the way in Site Investigation and Remediation in Atlantic Canada!

This team supports environmental site investigation and remediation projects across Atlantic Canada and beyond. As a key team member, your role will include a broad range of responsibilities related to Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), multimedia sampling programs, remediation programs, and environmental spill response.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Detailed knowledge of field sampling techniques

• Experience using field equipment, including GIS-related mobile data collection tools

• Thorough attention to detail and accuracy of field notes

• Conscientiousness, organization, and discipline

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills; some French language capabilities would be considered an asset

• Eligible for federal security clearance

• Good driving record and valid driver’s license required

Education and Experience

Technician or Technologist Diploma is required, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience

Minimum of five years of relevant work experience

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
