Overview

PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings at the Frito Lay Facility in Cambridge, ON for New Grad - Quality Team Supervisor to join the team.

Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400 

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm

The Role: As a Quality Team Supervisor, you are responsible for leading your team to achieve key performance indicators during your shift.  The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders in all different kinds of department in the plant, including Operations, Packaging, Processing, Traffic, Warehouse, Sanitation and Maintenance as you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve. You will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up and develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the goal of leading a front-line team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional leadership, coaching, and technical support 
  • Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety 
  • Develop individuals and the team to solve routine and complex operational issues 
  • Motivate the team to achieve established performance targets 
  • Lead daily performance meetings  
  • Make daily decisions impacting the business  
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • You have graduated with your bachelor’s degree in 2024, 2025 or will be graduating by May 2026 
  • Food Science Background an asset 
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred 
  • 1-3 + years’ Supervisory experience preferred  
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills 
  • Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others – Take Others With You 
  • Able to Instruct and Teach Others 
  • Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work 
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Capabilities 
  • Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures 
  • Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
