Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Parking Lot Attendant / Traffic Director for a fast-paced and energetic environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and interacting with people—especially if you love being around cars!
In this role, you’ll help keep traffic flowing smoothly by directing incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring safe parking, and creating a positive first impression for customers. If you’re friendly, confident, and comfortable taking charge in busy situations, we want to hear from you.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Shift: 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary. Until the end of the show | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)

Responsibilities:
Direct and guide vehicles safely through parking areas and traffic flow zones
Assist drivers in locating parking spaces quickly and efficiently
Maintain clear traffic routes and ensure a smooth flow of vehicles at all times
Communicate clearly with team members and customers to avoid congestion or delays
Monitor the lot to ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness
Provide friendly assistance and information to customers as needed
Assist with basic site tasks such as organizing parking areas and removing debris
Follow all safety procedures while working around moving vehicles
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Friendly, outgoing, and confident in interacting with the public
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety
Ability to stay calm and organized in busy, high-traffic environments
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Speak English – other languages are an asset.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
