Job Description:
We’re looking for a Creative Store Experience Coordinator Co-op/Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting real-world retail design projects from concept through execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Creative Store Experience and Store Design teams by organizing signage drawing sets, design packages, vendor submissions, and project documentation—developing sought-after coordination and project management skills. You’ll play a key role in tracking vendor timelines, maintaining design libraries and databases, and supporting communication across internal partners and external vendors, giving you valuable exposure to cross-functional teamwork. Additionally, you’ll contribute to brainstorming sessions, allowing you to share ideas, build creative confidence, and see your input influence the in-store customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
Assists with preparing and organizing Signage drawing sets, design packages, specifications, and vendor submissions for review.
Maintains project files, databases, and shared folders in accordance with department standards and audit requirements.
Assists in updates to maintain the Permanent Store Library (PSL) and other tracking tools to support visibility and reporting.
Collects and organizes quotes, work orders, completion photos, and installation documentation for review by the Senior Specialist.
Assists in tracking vendor timelines and flags potential delays, missing information, or issues for escalation.
Contributes to brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas
About You:
Pursuing a post-secondary education in Architecture, Interior Design or Architectural technology or related field of study
Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
Good problem-solving skills which include the ability to effectively and efficiently resolve issues
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, and changing priorities
Computer skills including AutoCAD, Revit considered an asset; experience with MS Office applications - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
