Adecco is currently hiring a part-time Production Associate to join our client’s dynamic production team in Balzac, AB. In this position you will play a crucial role in assembling food products, working in a chilly food production environment, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position is casual and on-call, offering flexible scheduling. Depending on operational needs, hours can increase and may reach full-time levels at time

• Location: Balzac, AB

• Shift: 8H shifts | Monday to Sunday | 6:00am – 2:30pm AND 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM 

• Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and prepare food products according to company standards.

• Ensure consistent quality and accuracy in product assembly.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

• Monitor product quality, reporting any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• The production area is kept cold, similar to a refrigerated space. Please be prepared to work in a chilly environment.

• A valid driver's license is required, and personal transportation is necessary as the location is not accessible by public transit.

• Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is an asset.

• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and work effectively in a team setting.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
