Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer (C#, VB.NET, React) for our client in Ontario, Canada.
Pay Rate: $50-55/hour (based on experience)
Location: London, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid/Remote options available)
Shift: Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#, VB.NET, React, and modern web technologies
Build and support scalable solutions using microservices-based architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Provide hands-on development support and contribute actively to coding tasks
Break down user stories into clear, actionable units of work
Mentor and coach team members on development best practices and clean code principles
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure applications are secure, performant, and maintainable
Full Stack Developer Qualifications and Skills:
7+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET (including VB.NET), and React
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system design
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience mentoring or supporting development teams is an asset
Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes is considered an asset
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
