Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Vehicle Program Coordinator for one of our clients in Scarborough, ON. This role supports the administration of the Employee Vehicle Discount Purchase Program, coordinating all activities related to employee vehicle purchases, fleet and demonstrator management, and policy compliance.

In this role you will work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders, dealerships, and the broader Vehicle Programs Team to ensure a seamless, compliant, and efficient purchase experience for associates.

  • Pay Rate: $33.00 - $39.00/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Scarborough, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders to support the success of the employee vehicle purchase program and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

  • Proactively resolve issues that may delay the sale or delivery of vehicles

  • Process new vehicle orders in partnership with the Inventory Team

  • Ensure company demonstrator vehicles are returned for sale in accordance with established policies

  • Manage the fleet of company demonstrator vehicles, including:

    • Monitoring vehicle compounds and parking lot capacity

    • Ensuring timely processing, test drives, and delivery to dealerships

  • Manage and resolve issues related to damaged vehicles

  • Coordinate company vehicle purchase draws for exclusive or limited‑availability vehicles

  • Monitor sales trends, collect feedback, and report insights with recommendations for program or policy enhancements

  • Identify purchasers and coordinate submission of credit applications for lease or financing options

  • Prepare all required associate purchase documentation and coordinate delivery of paperwork and vehicles to dealerships for final processing

  • Review situational requests and provide analysis and recommendations for policy exceptions

  • Process accounts payable and receivable activities, including:

    • Dealership vehicle billing

    • Payment of dealership service fees

    • Finance and lease rate subvention costs

  • Partner with the broader Vehicle Programs Team to ensure departmental success, support colleagues during periods of high volume, and provide vacation coverage as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in program coordination, automotive sales support, fleet management, or a related administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to analyze information and make sound recommendations

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfort working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with vehicle or inventory systems is an asset

  • Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
