Purpose


Lead the design and execution of sales effectiveness strategies that enable frontline teams to deliver superior performance and client experiences. Develop and optimize field operating models, ensuring alignment with segment strategies and distribution objectives. Drive the creation and implementation of sales enablement tools and resources that enhance productivity and conversion. Oversee the development and delivery of learning programs that build capabilities, embed best practices, and sustain a high-performance culture across all distribution channels.


Responsibilities


•Promotes a customer-centric culture aimed at deepening client relationships and leveraging the Bank’s broad network, systems, and institutional knowledge.
•Design and implement sales effectiveness strategies that enable frontline teams to achieve superior performance and deliver exceptional client experiences across all distribution channels.
•Develop, optimize, and maintain field operating models to ensure alignment with segment strategies and overall distribution objectives, driving consistency and operational efficiency.
•Create and deploy sales enablement tools and resources that enhance productivity, improve conversion rates, and support the execution of business plans at the branch and field level.
•Lead the development and delivery of learning programs focused on building capabilities, embedding best practices, and sustaining a high-performance culture within sales and service teams.
•Drive change management programs across omnichannel sales forces, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors. Act as a key enabler for transformation initiatives by fostering engagement, communication, and readiness among all stakeholders
•Drives operational excellence within the Distribution area by ensuring efficient execution and adherence to daily business controls. Maintains full compliance with regulatory and internal standards, actively managing operational, compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risks. Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Framework, the International AML/ATF Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.


Requirements


•At least 5 years of experience in Banking or financial services enterprises
•At least 3 years of experience in Scotiabank, in any distribution channel sales force
•Expert level knowledge of the way distribution channels work
•Avance knowledge in projects development under the scrum and agile methodology
•Key skills: analytics and verbal and written communication, training and coaching frameworks
