Adecco is currently hiring a part-time Warehouse Administration / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse, logistics, and dispatch operations for our client in Vaughan, ON. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast‑paced distribution environment and is comfortable working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

  • Location: Vaughan, ON

  • Schedule: 11pm - 7am flexible to work any day around 3 -5days a week

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Release all scheduled orders from the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for selection.

  • Prepare trailer maps for loaders and validate the loading process.

  • Prepare and consolidate load sheets for shipping.

  • Generate Bills of Lading (BOL) electronically or manually.

  • Respond promptly to Customer Service inquiries.

  • Distribute incoming mail according to customer delivery guidelines.

  • Work closely with the Dispatch and Logistics teams to ensure all delivery documentation is prepared for on‑time execution.

  • Answer and direct phone calls; act as a point of contact at the warehouse.

  • Welcome and direct all drivers entering the facility.

  • Pull, sort, and organize purchase orders by vendor and appointment.

  • Match packing slips and Bills of Lading against purchase orders.

  • Print and manage receiving labels for designated purchase orders.

  • Verify, adjust, and close purchase orders within WMS once receiving is completed.

  • Add, update, or delete purchase orders for existing appointments.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with drivers, warehouse staff, and internal partners.

  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Post‑secondary diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or auditing.

  • Previous experience in a retail support centre or distribution environment.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of WMS, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
