Adecco is currently hiring Part-time Tram Drivers to support shuttle operations at our client’s facility. This role involves safely transporting associates between departments and the building entrance during scheduled breaks using a sit‑down tow tractor tram (a 12–15‑passenger vehicle).

We are looking for mature, responsible, and safety‑focused individuals—ideal for anyone with previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle operator (airport), limo/van driver, cab driver, delivery driver, or experienced heavy‑equipment operator.

  • Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

  • Location: Bolton, ON

  • Schedule: Approximate shift timings: 7:30am - 1:30pm or 5:00pm - 10:30pm | MUST be available for weekends

  • Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and operate the facility tram (12–15‑passenger sit‑down tow tractor).

  • Pick up associates from designated departments throughout the facility.

  • Transport associates to the front entrance for scheduled breaks.

  • Return associates to their departments promptly at the end of breaks.

  • Follow all on‑site safety protocols, including:  Stopping at designated stop signs, Maintaining safe speeds, Staying aware of surroundings and pedestrian traffic, Ensuring all passengers are seated and wearing seatbelts

  • Communicate professionally and clearly with associates and supervisors.

  • Support the team with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing or driving role (asset), such as:

    • o    Bus driver (active or retired)

    • o    Airport shuttle driver

    • o    Stretch limo or passenger van operator

    • o    Delivery driver

    • o    Taxi driver

    • o    High‑end forklift or industrial vehicle operator

  • Strong focus on safety, reliability, and responsibility.

  • Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment.

  • Physically able to sit, operate the tram, and assist passengers as needed.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
