A career as a full stack developer on the IT Delivery – Market Risk team at National Bank means acting as an application development specialist. This role allows you to have a tangible impact on the organization’s technological transformation through your experience in software development, DevOps practices, and your mastery of AWS cloud environments.


Your role


  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the AWS platform while applying best practices in security, quality, and performance.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate continuous integration and deployment through to production.
  • Apply everything as code principles to ensure traceability, reliability, and reproducibility of environments.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests adapted to application contexts to ensure solution stability and sustainability.
  • Monitor applications in production and respond quickly to incidents to maintain high availability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and the team’s technological standards.


Your team


The IT Delivery Vice‑Presidency brings together more than 2,300 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the forefront of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Within the Market Risk sector, you will be part of a team of approximately 16 colleagues, including developers and analysts, and you will report to an IT Delivery manager. Our team stands out for its dynamism, its ability to deliver high‑value solutions, and its strong collaboration with business partners. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your quality of life, including a hybrid work environment and a flexible schedule.

Prerequisites


  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a full stack developer role.
  • Demonstrate hands‑on experience with version control tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have experience with DevOps tools and cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Master front‑end and back‑end technologies such as React, Java, Maven, and Spring, as well as relational and non‑relational databases.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and technological curiosity.
