Description

Temporary position (one-year contract) as part of a maternity leave replacement.

As a Coordinator within the Business Governance, ALM & Investment team, you will act as the team’s operational and administrative hub, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective follow-up on key files, and high-quality information. You will carry out various coordination, planning, and project-management tasks to optimize schedules and support the achievement of business governance objectives in a dynamic environment where asset management, regulatory compliance, and organizational innovation are central to the Bank’s growth.

Your role

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, governance frameworks, and operational controls in place.
  • Provide organizational and analytical support to teams in a complex, evolving environment, and coordinate requests to ensure effective prioritization.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings and committees; prepare agendas and draft minutes; and ensure administrative follow-up and end-to-end logistics.
  • Update and revise committee trackers and planning tools.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and deliverables related to governance and investments, and complete rigorous follow-ups to meet deadlines.
  • Actively support teams during compliance reviews, internal or external audits, and specific counterparty or investment-related requests (e.g., due diligence reviews).
  • Contribute to documentation, archiving, and traceability of key information.
  • Ensure that activities are compliant and that established standards are applied across all employees in the ALM & Investment team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of first-line governance and control processes.

 

Your team

Within the Business Governance, ALM & Investment sector, you will be part of a team of four colleagues and will report to the Head and Executive Director, Governance, ALM & Investment.

The Business Governance team stands out for its dynamism, agility, and regulatory and operational expertise across our different investment platforms, thereby supporting the organization’s organic and strategic growth.

Close collaboration with the Bank’s asset managers and risk-management solution specialists provides an opportunity to learn and develop end-to-end understanding of key processes, within a multidisciplinary team that values performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Professional or college diploma completed (or equivalent academic background) and three years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills (handling requests and priorities, coordinating agendas based on deliverables, properly filing documents across various platforms, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset and strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to manage several situations at once, prioritize, and handle more urgent matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with a large group of employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
