As Senior Advisor, Corporate Real Estate Projects – Commercial/PB1859, you will be responsible for the consolidation, prioritization, coordination, and end‑to‑end execution of Commercial/PB1859 real estate projects across Canada. You will play a hands‑on role in process optimization, stakeholder management, and the delivery of real estate initiatives from planning through implementation.
You are passionate about project management and delivery and are recognized for your ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously, while taking ownership of execution and driving deliverables to completion. You have excellent interpersonal skills, promote a client‑centric approach, and are able to make effective decisions while assessing political, financial, employee, and client impacts.
You are recognized by your peers as a solution‑oriented, execution‑focused leader, with experience in corporate real estate and telecommunications projects. You are comfortable driving execution and accountability, managing action items, following up rigorously, and ensuring tangible outcomes.
Your role
- Participate in annual planning and the strategic prioritization of Commercial/PB1859 real estate projects
- Actively lead and drive the execution of real estate projects, from planning through implementation, in collaboration with Property Services and impacted teams
- Coordinate action plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure disciplined and efficient project delivery
- Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with Bank standards, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Collaborate closely with multiple business units and influence stakeholders to enable continuous delivery
- Act as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and operational realities
- Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to leaders to support informed decision‑making
- Identify process improvements, proactively resolve issues, remove obstacles, and support change initiatives
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to influence.
- Demonstrated experience in hands‑on project management, from planning through execution
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Experience and strong knowledge of the real estate sector (considered an asset)
