As a Business Analyst at National Bank Trust, you’ll liaise with business teams and delivery teams.
You’ll work in Agile mode and will be part of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for different sectors. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your business analysis skills to help implement new technologies and make a positive impact on our organization.

Your job
  • Support product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliveries
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of planning activities for the various deliverables
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders with varied levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes based on the Bank’s existing mapping practices
  • Carry out high level and detailed impact analyses on all angles of processes, with the help of experts
  • Know and apply best practices to identify, articulate, classify, and write business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand the links between them, and ensure their traceability (traceability matrix).
  • Define and identify user test scenarios and support users with operational transfer
  • Make proposals for change management strategies for users of the solution.

Your team

Within the National Bank Trust sector, you are part of a large team of 150 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Business Solutions and Technology. Prerequisites
  • University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a tech-based ecosystem
  • Experience in the end-to-end transformation of business processes, change management and continuous improvement, regulatory initiatives
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Knowledge of the National Bank Wealth Management environment 
  • Experience with testing scenarios and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
