A career as a Senior Digital Product Owner (PO) – Informationnel Web means acting as a key member of a team undergoing transformation and actively contributing to developing information from a channel to a truly digital product that is delivered and optimised on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you take charge of an end-to-end information product: Vision, roadmap, backlog and performance. You work in agile mode, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on client value, simplicity, speed and quality of the digital experience.
The position focuses mainly on information (CMS, content, path, performance). Exposure to personalisation on a large scale is an asset, without being the core of the role.
Your job
- Act as a product owner in agile mode, transforming business needs into clear, prioritised digital capabilities and features.
- Define and promote the information product vision and actively contribute to its roadmap in line with business objectives and the client experience.
- Develop, manage and prioritise the backlog based on value, impact and strategic alignment, in keeping with continuous evolution.
- Make sure delivery teams clearly understand the needs, acceptance criteria and expected deliverables.
- Pilot initiatives with multidisciplinary teams (business, it, experience, content), while keeping a focus on client and organisational value.
- Implement and develop an approach where information is managed as a product: Clear governance, ownership, performance indicators and continuous optimisation of paths.
- Standardize and industrialise work methods (processes, briefs, practises) in order to increase speed and simplicity.
- Identify and prioritise continuous improvement opportunities based on data, user feedback and emerging needs.

In the Personal Banking Digital sector, you are part of a large team of about 10 colleagues and you will report to the Senior Manager, responsible for Digital Product owners. Our team stands out for the value of deploying user-friendly features tailored to our clients' needs.

Prerequisites
- Significant experience (5 to 7 years min.) as a product owner or equivalent role in delivering digital products.
- Solid experience in digital product management, beyond strictly project mode.
- Good knowledge of the information and communication web (CMS, content, client journey).
- Experience in backlog management, prioritisation and delivery in an agile context.
- Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or equivalent).
