Adecco is currently hiring a Forklift Operator for a full-time position in a warehouse environment. This opportunity is ideal for a safety-focused and reliable individual with strong material handling experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

• Pay Rate: $22/hour

• Location: Perth, ON

• Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a safety-sensitive environment

• Receive, load, and unload goods and materials

• Support depalletizing stations and material flow within the warehouse

• Remove and dispose of dunnage and packaging materials

• Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counting and stock verification

• Operate additional warehouse equipment as required

• Handle materials and products in a safe and damage-free manner

• Assist packaging operators and other team members as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license required

• Ability to pass a drug test

• High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency in English

• 1–5 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment

• Experience with warehouse management systems; SAP experience is an asset

• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods

• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and strong memory skills

• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada.
