Insurance claims & Programs Coordinator - Bilingual
A career as an Insurance Claims & Programs Coordinator in the Claims team at National Bank Equipment Financing means acting as a specialist who ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant management of insurance claims and related programs. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization by helping clients and internal partners navigate complex insurance processes while protecting assets, minimizing risk, and supporting operational excellence.
You will work at the intersection of customer service, insurance administration, and risk management, where your attention to detail, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and understanding of insurance requirements contribute directly to positive outcomes for clients and the Bank.
Your role:
- Manage insurance claims from opening to closure, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal partners to resolve total loss and repair claims, negotiate outcomes, and facilitate settlements
- Process traffic violations
- Administer insurance‑related financial transactions, including refunds, payment arrangement plans, buyouts, adjustments, and settlement processing
- Ensure insurance requirements are met by verifying coverage, documentation, and compliance with internal policies
- Support pre‑funding exception requests by reviewing insurance coverage, identifying gaps, and providing required approval documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting training initiatives

Within the Insurance Claims & Programs department, you are part of a collaborative team and report to the Insurance Claims & Programs Assistant Manager. Requirements:
- High school diploma combined with relevant experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or Risk Management; completion of the General Insurance Essentials Course or equivalent insurance industry courses considered is considered a valuable asset
