Adecco is currently hiring an Administrative Support - Sales support for a full-time Temp-to-Perm position in Embrun, ON. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about ensuring accurate order processing, supporting sales operations, and contributing to exceptional client and dealer experiences.

As an Administrative Support - Sales support, you will ensure order entry and fulfillment are completed with 99% accuracy. You will maintain CRM adoption for all sales activities and dealer updates, convert quotes into confirmed sales, and ensure that all new dealer and customer accounts are set up within five business days. You will manage demo fleet utilization, achieve on-time and compliant public tender submissions, and deliver timely weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

  • Location: Embrun, ON

  • Schedule: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Contract: Temp-to-Perm

  • Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 99% accuracy in order entry and fulfillment

  • Maintain 100% CRM adoption for sales activities and dealer updates

  • Convert a set percentage of quotes into confirmed sales

  • Ensure all new dealer and customer accounts are set up within five business days

  • Manage demo fleet utilization to maintain at least 90% availability for scheduled demos

  • Achieve on-time and compliant public tender submissions

  • Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports on time

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or sales operations, preferably in the equipment, manufacturing, or distribution industry

  • Experience managing sales operations, demo fleet coordination, and public tender submissions is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP Business One preferred) and sales reporting tools

  • Experience in order processing, quotations, and dealer/customer onboarding

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus

  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
