Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail‑oriented and proactive Project and Administration Coordinator to support project delivery, contract administration, budgeting, and departmental operations related to lad and resources projects. This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting financial processes, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Pay Rate: $42.51/hour to $47.65/hour (based on experience level and education credentials)

  • Location: Gold River, BC

  • Schedule: 31.5 hour work week 

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time  

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and follow ups with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized project files, permits, agreements, and reports.

  • Manage the contracts and agreements register and support contract administration.

  • Assist with procurement, including POs, quotes, travel coordination, and documentation for Finance.

  • Support funding applications, contribution agreements, invoicing, and reporting; track deadlines.

  • Maintain project budgets and trackers; prepare monthly reconciliations and variance notes.

  • Prepare briefing notes and summaries for internal and external reporting.

  • Maintain the department’s asset register and assist with inventories.

  • Ensure confidential, accurate, audit-ready records; provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, project management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in project administration and contracts.

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification or equivalent is an asset, experience in MS Project, Smartsheet or Asana an asset.

  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, First Nations communities, culture, and Title and Rights.

  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365; comfortable learning new systems.

  • Understanding of procurement, contracts, and records management.

  • Analytical skills for tracking budgets and identifying variances.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with staff, community, and partners.

  • Relocation assistance open for discussion.

  • Vehicle and clear criminal check required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
