Adecco is currently hiring several full-time reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate either a Walkie or Counterbalance forklift to support daily warehouse operations, including material movement, loading/unloading, and inventory organization. You should be efficient, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Pay Rate: up to $21.00/hour (based on experience)

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Job type: Temporary to permanent position| Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Walkie or Counterbalance forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.

• Pick, pack, and stage products for shipping and receiving activities.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.

• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.

• Follow safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and quality standards.

• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification for Walkie and/or Counterbalance (required).

• 1+ years of previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Strong awareness of safety and equipment operation procedures.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
