• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Location: Toronto, ON

• Shift: Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternating Saturdays (8 AM – 5 PM)

• Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all customers with warmth and professionalism

• Guide guests to Sales or Service, offering refreshments to enhance their experience

• Build genuine rapport with customers, leads, and prospects

• Connect customers with the right team member for personalized service

• Brief staff on customer needs for seamless follow-up

• Ensure the showroom consistently meets brand standards

• Maintain digital displays and showroom technology

• Verify and update customer information accurately

• Support dealership events and other exciting initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Availability on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and alternating Saturdays (8 AM – 5 PM)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Tech-savvy with a knack for digital tools and showroom equipment

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred

• Passion for premium automotive brands is a definite asset

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
